The continuous increase in global energy consumption has made the energy crisis worldwide increasingly apparent. Developing renewable energy to alleviate the energy crisis and achieve sustainable energy development has become a major initiative for energy development in countries around the world. Due to its vast reserves worldwide, renewability, wide distribution, and pollution-free characteristics, wind energy has become an important direction for global energy development. In recent years, the world's wind power installed capacity has grown at an average annual rate of about 30%. As a major consumer of fossil energy globally, China faces a severe environmental pollution crisis caused by fossil fuel power generation. Wind energy, as a new type of energy, has low utilization efficiency, which has become a bottleneck restricting its development. Therefore, improving the utilization efficiency of wind energy is very important.
Wind power generation relies on wind turbines to convert wind energy into electrical energy. The wind wheel of the wind turbine consists of three blades made of fiberglass or nylon. The wind drives the wind wheel to rotate, and through a variable-speed gearbox, the low-speed rotation on the wind turbine shaft (about 18 to 33 r/min) is converted into the high speed required by the generator (800 r/min or 1,500 r/min), which is transmitted to the generator shaft to rotate and generate electricity.
